In the event of your loved one dying, you can call us and we will advise you of all relevant documents required to enable a funeral to be arranged.
Arrangements would then be made to visit you at a convenient time at your home to discuss the funeral arrangements. Identification would be provided on arrival.
We would then discuss with you, details of your loved ones life in order to provide the minister with as much information as possible to make the funeral as personal and memorable for you and your family as possible. We can discuss e.g. any music you may like to be played. A funeral tea can also be arranged.
It would be necessary to register the death before the funeral can be arranged. We will offer to provide transport for yourself or a family member to do this.
After the funeral, a further visit would be made to your home to assist you with the completion of any documentation that you may be unsure of. Help would be given with anything that you felt was confusing or were unsure of. An acknowledgement can also be arranged in your local newspaper.
Finally, we will leave you with our contact telephone number so that any time in the future you may require our further assistance, we will be there for you.
